Mu'ammal narrated to us, 'Umar ibn Muhammad—meaning Ibn Zayd ibn 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar—narrated to us, from his father, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "If people knew what is in being alone, no one would travel by night alone."
