Musnad Ahmad 27:1468

'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, Malik and Ishaq narrated to us, they said: Malik informed us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered the Ka'bah, along with 'Uthman ibn Talhah, Usamah ibn Zayd, and Bilal. He closed it. When he came out, I asked Bilal, "What did the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) do?" He said: "He left two pillars to his right, one pillar to his left, and three pillars behind him, then he prayed, and between him and the Qiblah were three cubits." Ishaq said: "The House at that time was on six pillars," and he did not mention that which was between him and the Qiblah. *** 'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Malik, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "Whoever bears arms against us is not one of us."
