Musnad Ahmad 27:1544

Hashim narrated to us, Layth narrated to us, Nafi’ narrated to me, that Abdullah used to make his camel kneel at the Al-Batha’ which is at Dhu al-Hulayfah, where the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to make his camel kneel and pray.
