Musnad Ahmad 27:1624

Yunus narrated to us, Hammad—meaning Ibn Zayd—narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Nafi’, from Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, the makers of images will be punished on the Day of Resurrection, and it will be said to them: 'Bring to life what you have created.'"
