Musnad Ahmad 27:1641

Mu'awiyah ibn 'Amr narrated to us, he said: Za'idah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, Mujahid narrated to us, he said: 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Give permission to the women to go to the mosque at night." A son of 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar said: "By Allah, we will not give them permission, so that they do not take it as a pretext for their needs." 'Abdullah rebuked him and said: "Uff to you! I say that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said [it], and you say: 'I will not do [it]'."
