Musnad Ahmad 27:1671

Ya'qub narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from Ibn Ishaq, Nafi' narrated to me, from Abdullah ibn Umar, that he used to like, if he was able, to pray the Dhuhr prayer in Mina on the Day of Tarwiyah. And that is because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prayed the Dhuhr prayer in Mina.
