Musnad Ahmad 27:1676

Ya'qub narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from Ibn Ishaq, 'Umar bin Husayn bin 'Abdullah, the freed slave of the family of Hatib, narrated to me, from Nafi', the freed slave of 'Abdullah bin 'Umar, from 'Abdullah bin 'Umar, who said: 'Uthman bin Maz'un died, and he left behind a daughter of his from Khuwaylah bint Hakim bin Umayyah bin Harithah bin al-Awqas. He said: And he bequeathed [the guardianship of her] to his brother, Qudamah bin Maz'un. 'Abdullah said: And they were both my maternal uncles. He said: So I asked Qudamah bin Maz'un for the hand of the daughter of 'Uthman bin Maz'un, and he married her to me. Then al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah entered—meaning to her mother—and enticed her with wealth, so she inclined toward him, and the girl inclined toward the desire of her mother. They both refused until their matter was raised to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. Qudamah bin Maz'un said: "O Messenger of Allah, the daughter of my brother was bequeathed to me, so I married her to the son of her maternal aunt, 'Abdullah bin 'Umar. I did not fall short regarding her in righteousness, nor in suitability, but she is a woman, and she only inclined toward the desire of her mother." He said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "She is an orphan, and she shall not be married except with her permission." He said: So, by Allah, she was taken away from me after I had possessed her, and they married her to al-Mughirah.
