Musnad Ahmad 27:172

Yahya narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, that a man asked the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, about the dabb (spiny-tailed lizard) while he was on the pulpit. He said: "I do not eat it, nor do I forbid it." The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Whoever eats from this tree, let him not come to the mosque."
