Musnad Ahmad 27:1732

Al-Fadl ibn Dukayn narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Dinar, from Abdullah ibn Umar, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, appointed Yalamlam as the miqat for the people of Yemen."
