Musnad Ahmad 27:1788

Hajjaj narrated to us, Layth narrated to us, ‘Aqil narrated to me, from Ibn Shihab, from ‘Urwah ibn al-Zubayr, that ‘Aishah informed him, regarding the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) and his performing of *Tamattu’* (combining) of the ‘Umrah with the Hajj, and the people performed *Tamattu’* with him, similar to what Salim ibn ‘Abdullah informed me, from ‘Abdullah, from the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace).
