Musnad Ahmad 27:1820

Ibn Numayr and Hammad ibn Usamah narrated to us, they said: Ubaydullah narrated to us, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Whoever calls his brother a disbeliever, then one of the two has incurred it."
