Musnad Ahmad 27:1844

Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, Hanzalah informed us, he said: Salim narrated to us, from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "When your women seek permission from you to go to the mosques, then give them permission."
