Musnad Ahmad 27:1889

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Salim, from Ibn 'Umar: That he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say during the dawn prayer, when he raised his head from the bowing (ruku') in the final rak'ah: "Our Lord, and to You is the praise." Then he said: "O Allah, curse so-and-so and so-and-so," invoking against some people among the hypocrites. Then Allah the Exalted revealed: "Not for you is the decision whether He should forgive them or punish them, for indeed, they are wrongdoers" [Al 'Imran: 128].
