Musnad Ahmad 27:1907

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, from Musa ibn 'Uqbah, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar: "The Jews of Banu al-Nadir and Qurayza fought the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. So the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, exiled Banu al-Nadir and allowed Qurayza to remain, and showed them favor until Qurayza fought after that. So he killed their men and divided their women, children, and wealth among the Muslims, except for some of them who joined the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, so he granted them safety, and they accepted Islam. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, exiled all the Jews of Medina: Banu Qaynuqa'—and they are the people of 'Abd Allah ibn Salam—and the Jews of Banu Haritha, and every Jew who was in Medina."
