Musnad Ahmad 27:1984

Abdullah ibn al-Harith narrated to us, Hanzalah narrated to me, Salim ibn Abdullah narrated to me, from Abdullah ibn Umar, that he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "When your women seek permission from you to go to the mosque, then give them permission."
