Musnad Ahmad 27:209

Yahya narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, Nafi’ informed me, Ibn Umar informed me: "That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, spent the night at Dhu Tuwa until morning, then he entered Makkah." And Ibn Umar used to do that.
