Musnad Ahmad 27:216

Yahya narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, from Nafi, from Ibn Umar: "That the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made a contract with the people of Khaybar for half of what comes out of [it in terms of] dates or crops."
