Musnad Ahmad 27:249

Yahya narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, Nafi’ narrated to me, from Abdullah ibn Umar, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "A woman shall not travel for three [days] unless she has a mahram with her."
