Musnad Ahmad 27:259

Yahya narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "If the slave is sincere to his master and performs the worship of his Lord well, he has the reward twice."
