Hadith 27:275
Yahya narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, Nafi’ narrated to me, from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who said: "Let none of you sell over the sale of his brother, and let none of you propose over the proposal of his brother, unless he gives him permission."
حدثنا يحيى، عن عبيد الله، حدثني نافع، عن ابن عمر، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " لا يبع أحدكم على بيع أخيه، ولا يخطب على خطبة أخيه، إلا أن يأذن له "
