Musnad Ahmad 27:28

'Abd al-'Aziz ibn 'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Ayyub narrated to us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, those who make images will be punished on the Day of Resurrection, and it will be said: 'Bring to life what you have created.'"
