Musnad Ahmad 27:34

Isma'il narrated to us, Ayyub informed us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, who said: "I saw men and women performing ablution during the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, all together from a single vessel."
