Musnad Ahmad 27:347

Waki’ narrated to us, from his father, from ‘Abdullah ibn Abi al-Mujalid, from Mujahid, from Ibn ‘Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever disowns his child in order to disgrace him in this world, Allah will disgrace him on the Day of Resurrection before the heads of all the witnesses, measure for measure."
