Musnad Ahmad 27:369

Rawh narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, from Sulayman ibn Musa, from Nafi’, from Ibn ‘Umar, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The right of inheritance (al-wala’) belongs to the one who emancipated."
