Musnad Ahmad 27:421

Yazid narrated to us, Muhammad ibn ‘Amr informed us, from Salim ibn ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar, that he narrated to them from his father, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The sale of fruit is not valid until its ripeness becomes evident."
