Musnad Ahmad 27:457

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from Isma'il ibn Umayyah, [who said]: The trustworthy one, or he whom I do not accuse, informed me, from Ibn 'Umar, that he proposed to a relative of his for her daughter. He said: The desire of the mother of the woman was for Ibn 'Umar, and the desire of her father was for an orphan of his. He said: So the father married her to that orphan of his. She came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and mentioned that to him. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Consult the women regarding their daughters."
