Musnad 'Abdullah bin 'Umar (RA)

Hadith 27:468

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from 'Ata' ibn al-Sa'ib, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Ubayd ibn 'Umayr, from Ibn 'Umar, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever drinks wine, his prayer will not be accepted from him for forty nights. If he repents, Allah will accept his repentance. If he returns [to it], Allah will return to him [with punishment]. If he repents, Allah will accept his repentance. If he returns [to it] again, it becomes a duty upon Allah the Exalted to give him to drink from the River of Khabal." It was said: "And what is the River of Khabal?" He said: "The pus of the people of the Fire."

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
