Musnad Ahmad 27:539

Ad-Dahhak ibn Makhlad Abu 'Asim narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, Ibn Shihab informed me, from the hadith of Salim ibn 'Abdullah, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: "I saw the people during the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, being struck if they bought food in bulk (without measuring), that they should not sell it until they had transported it to their own dwellings."
