Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Malik—meaning Ibn Mighwal—from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever comes to the Friday prayer, let him perform ghusl (ritual washing)."
