Musnad Ahmad 27:601

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, and Hajjaj said: Shu‘bah narrated to me, I heard Muslim ibn Yanaq narrating from Ibn ‘Umar that he saw a man dragging his lower garment, so he said: "From whom are you?" He stated his lineage to him, and he was a man from Banu Layth, and Ibn ‘Umar recognized him. He said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, with these two ears of mine saying: 'Whoever drags his lower garment, not intending by that anything but arrogance, then Allah the Exalted will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection.'"
