He said: I found in my father’s book: Yazid narrated to us, Hanzalah informed us, I heard Tawus say: I heard Ibn Umar, and a man asked him: "Did the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, forbid the *jar* (earthenware jar) and the *duba'* (gourd)?" He said: "Yes."
