Isma'il narrated to us, Ayyub informed us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, who said: A man said: "O Messenger of Allah, what animals may we kill when we are in the state of Ihram?" He said: "Five, there is no blame upon the one who kills them in killing them: the kite, the mouse, the crow, the scorpion, and the biting dog."
