Musnad Ahmad 27:669

Isma'il narrated to us, Ayyub narrated to us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "It is not the right of a person who has something he wishes to bequeath to spend two nights, except that his will is written with him."
