Musnad Ahmad 27:719

Yahya narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, Nafi’ informed me, from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "Those who make these images will be punished on the Day of Resurrection, and it will be said to them: 'Bring to life what you have created.'"
