Musnad Ahmad 27:724

Yahya narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, Nafi’ informed me, from Ibn Umar, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever drags his garment out of pride, Allah will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection." He said: And Sulayman ibn Yasar informed me that Umm Salamah mentioned the women, so he said: "They should let it down by a span." She said: "Then it will become uncovered." He said: "Then by a forearm's length, and they should not exceed that."
