Musnad Ahmad 27:738

Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from al-Taymi, from Tawus, that he heard Ibn Umar being asked about the nabidh (fermented drink) of the jar. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the nabidh of the jar. He (Ibn Umar) said: "Yes." And Tawus said: "By Allah, I heard it from him."
