Musnad Ahmad 27:748

Yahya narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "It is not the right of a person who has something to bequeath to spend two nights, except that his will is written with him."
