Hadith 27:78
'Abd al-Rahman—meaning Ibn Mahdi—narrated to us, Malik narrated to us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar: "That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade the sale of fruit until its ripeness becomes apparent; he forbade the seller and the buyer. And he forbade traveling with the Quran to the land of the enemy, for fear that the enemy might seize it."
حدثنا عبد الرحمن يعني ابن مهدي، حدثنا مالك، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر: " أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى عن بيع الثمرة حتى يبدو صلاحها، نهى البائع والمشتري، ونهى أن يسافر بالقرآن إلى أرض العدو، مخافة أن يناله العدو "
