Musnad Ahmad 27:8

Hashim narrated to us, Yahya bin Sa'id, and 'Ubaydullah bin 'Umar, and Ibn 'Awn, and more than one informed us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, that a man asked the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "From where should one enter into Ihram?" He said: "The Miqat (place of entering Ihram) for the people of Medina is Dhu al-Hulayfah, and the Miqat for the people of Sham is al-Juhfah, and the Miqat for the people of Yemen is Yalamlam, and the Miqat for the people of Najd is Qarn." And Ibn 'Umar said: "And the people compared Dhat 'Irq to Qarn."
