Musnad Ahmad 27:857

'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Malik, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Whoever sells date palms that have been pollinated, their fruit belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates [otherwise]."
