Musnad Ahmad 27:862

'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Malik, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "When one of you comes to the Friday [prayer], let him perform ghusl (a full ritual bath)."
