Musnad Ahmad 27:863

'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Malik, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, "That a man performed *li'an* (imprecation) with his wife and disowned her child, so the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, separated them, and attributed the child to its mother."
