Musnad 'Abdullah bin 'Umar (RA)

Hadith 27:868

Husayn ibn Muhammad narrated to us, Isra'il narrated to us, from Thawr, from Ibn Umar, who attributed it to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: "Indeed, the person of the lowest rank among the people of Paradise is the one who looks at his gardens, his bliss, his servants, and his thrones from a distance of a thousand years. And indeed, the most honored of them to Allah is the one who looks at His Face morning and evening." Then he recited this verse: {Faces, that Day, will be radiant, looking at their Lord} [Al-Qiyamah: 23].
