Musnad Ahmad 27:875

'Abd al-Wahhab narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, who said: A man called out to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and said: "What animals may we kill when we are in the state of Ihram?" He said: "Five, there is no blame upon the one who kills them in killing them: the kite, the crow, the mouse, the vicious dog, and the scorpion."
