Musnad Ahmad 27:879

Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, Israel narrated to us, from Thuwair, from Mujahid, from Ibn Umar, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, cursed the effeminate men and the masculine women."
