Musnad Ahmad 25:10

Hashim narrated to us, Amr ibn Dinar informed us, from Tawus, from Ibn Abbas, who said: "The food which the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade is that it be sold until it is taken possession of." Ibn Abbas said: "And I consider everything else to be like it."
