Hadith 25:1001
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Distribute the wealth among the people of the shares according to the Book of Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He. Whatever the shares leave behind, then it is for the nearest male."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق، حدثنا معمر، عن ابن طاوس، عن أبيه، عن ابن عباس، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " اقسموا المال بين أهل الفرائض على كتاب الله تبارك وتعالى، فما تركت الفرائض فلأولى ذكر "
