Musnad Ahmad 25:1003

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar informed us, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said: "For one of you to grant his brother his land is better for him than to take for it such-and-such" — referring to a known thing. Ibn 'Abbas said: "And it is the *haql* (field), and it is in the language of the Ansar: *al-muhaqalah*."
