Hadith 25:1027
Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, Sayf ibn Sulayman al-Makki informed us, Qays ibn Sa'd narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Dinar, from Ibn 'Abbas, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) judged by the witness and the oath.
حدثنا زيد بن الحباب، أخبرنا سيف بن سليمان المكي، حدثنا قيس بن سعد، عن عمرو بن دينار، عن ابن عباس، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " قضى بالشاهد واليمين "
