Hadith 25:1078
Abu al-Nadr narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us, from Husayn, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever has intercourse with his slave woman, and she gives birth for him, then she is emancipated after his death."
حدثنا أبو النضر، حدثنا شريك، عن حسين، عن عكرمة، عن ابن عباس، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " من وطئ أمته، فولدت له، فهي معتقة عن دبر "
